Kel tec shotgun holds 25 shells.
Jan 28, 2015 · It wouldn't release any shells from the tubular magazine. It went back to Kel-Tec where it received the Gen 2 upgrade. After it was returned, it would feed 2 3/4" shells but not Nobel Sport 2 1/4" mini shells or the shorter Aguila mini shells. They tend to tumble. I might need to 3D print a spacer to prevent the shells from tumbling.

All feed and ejection operations occur in the last 1/2 inch of movement to the rear, and the last 1/2 inch of movement to the front. The new IWI bullpup looks pretty cool, straight outta XCOM 2. We don't know much about it yet 'cept for pics, stats, MSRP and a guy shooting it a couple times at Shot. IWI has their work cut out matching KSG's trigger. And they are not known for their great triggers. Capacity of TS12 is 15+1. Its a beast tho at 8+ lbs.They appear to keep the shell centered on the carrier. The gun was sent to Kel-Tec, which promptly serviced and returned it.
